Seattle Promise Scholarship

The Seattle Promise scholarship application was due Feb. 16, 2024 and provides up to two years or 90 credits of free tuition towards a graduating SPS senior’s first degree at Seattle Colleges. Students can choose to study at North Seattle CollegeSeattle Central College, or South Seattle College. With two years of tuition-free college students can dive into their studies and find an educational path that leads to a career they’ll love. Seattle Promise students receive additional year-round support including advising, transfer assistance, and long-term career planning. Students can complete a transfer degree or professional technical degree at any of the three Seattle Colleges with the Seattle Promise scholarship. 

All Class of 2024 Seattle public high school graduates are eligible, regardless of grade point average, income, or country of birth. Students begin their studies in Fall 2024.

There are two steps to apply to Seattle Promise   

  1. Seattle Promise Application
  2. Seattle Colleges Application

The application deadline for both is February 16, 2024. View the helpful documents for completing the application. Please note, only the high school senior should submit the application. Family members should not submit an application on a student’s behalf.
